Our five days trip to New York City was fine and went smoothly. We finished our main purpose of the visit in one day and able to enjoy few places in the Big Apple.
We stayed at my SIL place and were lucky coz their place is right in Manhattan where everything are accessible. We planned to go to some nice places but after couple of days walking around the place like Central Park, school playground, Consulate, River Side, Museum and others we got tired. Our energy was drained down with all those walking and super hot temperature.
The plan of going to Rockefeller, Empire State Building or if possible the Statue of Liberty was cancelled because after couple of days being there Joe complained already and doesn't wanna go farther places that needs a bus ride. I wanted to go but I'm afraid I might get lost. So, we just enjoyed ourselves in the nearest fun places like central park, museum and the likes that we could go in just 5 to 10 minutes walk from my SIL's place. Even if Justine caught a cold, and we are all tired and exhausted one thing for sure we had great time at the Big Apple.
